Project Title: Improving the Psycho-emotional Condition of Female Social Workers and Reducing the Risk of Professional Burnout

Project duration: 8 months

Budget: 10 000 USD

The goal of the project is to promote the protection of physical and mental health of female social workers and reduce the risks of professional burnout through therapy.

 

2. Applicant: A Platform for Social Justice (Natia Karchiladze)

Region: Adjara, Batumi

Project Title: Empowering Women: A Video Series in the Wake of Empowering Anti-gender Movements

Project duration: 8 months

Budget: 10 000 USD

The goal of the project is to create content focused on the strengthening of women's feminist movements, in the wake of the strengthening of anti-gender and conservative movements, which have been growing stronger in recent years, both in the center and in the regions. Within the framework of the project, videos will be recorded and distributed, which will reflect the needs and problems of women living in different regions of Georgia. The target regions are: Adjara, Samegrelo, Imereti, Guria, Shida Kartli, Tbilisi.

 

3. Applicant: Women’s Voices (Ani Gogberashvili)

Region: Tbilisi

Project Title: The Significance of Gender Research in the Wake of the Activation of Anti-gender Movements in Georgia

Project duration: 6 months

Budget: 10 000 USD

The goal of the project is to study the significance of the gender research discipline and to identify barriers in the research process in the local context. In addition, gender-related discussions will be initiated among gender researchers, students of the gender studies program and those interested in the discipline, which will help to strengthen the connections and expand the existing circle.

 

4. Applicant: Identoba Youth (Anano Surmava)

Region: Imereti, Kutaisi

Project Title: Creating a Collective Feminist Platform for Critical Discussion through Networking and Knowledge Sharing

Project duration: 3 months

Budget: 10 000 USD

The goal of the project is to create a platform for critical and collaborative discussion, connecting feminists working in the region, women's rights activists and organizations working on women's issues, in order to create an alternative feminist agenda.
